  • This is a unique opportunity to purchase a villa in a Caribbean hotel development with a proven record of success!

  • Guests at Jungle Bay Dominica enjoyed a unique Caribbean vacation experience that included yoga classes, hikes to hidden waterfalls and natural attractions, sea kayaking, scuba diving, spa treatments and healthy organic cuisine; all in a barefoot luxury setting.

  • Jungle Bay Villas are being sold to individual CBI investors under a management agreement with the hotel.

  • The villas will serve as the hotel’s accommodation facilities. Villas will be rented to hotel guests on behalf of the owners and all rental proceeds from it will be held in a dedicated villa rental account which will be available for owners to review. 

  • Owners will receive 50% of the after-expense rental income and Jungle Bay will retain the other 50% as compensation for its management and marketing services.

  • Villa owners will also be entitled to utilize their villa for one week every year.

  • Each villa suite is sold outright to an individual purchaser, ownership of which is conveyed via a duly recorded title/deed.

  • To maintain citizenship, investors are required to hold their qualifying investment for a period of three years. A subsequent investor may use the investment unit in support of an application for citizenship on the fifth anniversary of the original investors grant of citizenship.

DOMINICA

  • Dominica is a beautiful island in the Lesser Antilles region of the Caribbean Sea. It is located to the southeast of Guadeloupe and the northwest of Martinique. Dominica covers 290 square miles with the highest elevation point being Mount Morne Diablotins at 4,747 ft.
