PURCHASE PROCESS

  1. Advise us on your choice of unit

  2. We will prepare a reservation form which includes details of the unit that you have chosen and the terms agreed.

  3. We will send the reservation form to you, you will then be asked to sign the reservation form and send it back to us.

  4. Once we have received it back signed, you would then require you to pay the £1,000 reservation fee to reserve the unit.

  5. You would then be required to send your identification documents such as passport copy and proof of address.

  6. This will formally instruct UK solicitors to engage with the property purchase. The developer have a recommended panel of solicitors that regularly transact on properties that the buyer can use or alternatively you can appoint your own solicitor.

  7. A memorandum of sale (contract) is then issued for your review to the solicitor chosen by you to act on your behalf.

  8. The developers solicitors will send the contract pack by email to the buyer’s solicitor normally within 24 hours of receipt of the memo of sale.

  9. The solicitor will forward the contract pack and report on title to the buyer normally within 24-48 hours of receipt of contract pack. At this stage we encourage our buyers to raise any questions with their appointed solicitor.

  10. The developers solicitor will respond to questions raised by the buyer’s solicitor within 24 hours.

  11. Once the buyer is happy, the contract pack is now ready to be signed and couriered to the solicitor.

  12. Providing all anti-money laundering checks have been completed the buyer can transfer remaining balance of the funds to allow for the property to exchange.

  13. Upon receipt of your documents and the balance purchase monies, exchange and completion can take place.

  14. Your lawyer will then attend to all registration formalities with the Land Registry. On completion the title in the site of your lodge will be transferred to you and the order for your lodge will be placed with the manufacturer.

  15. Providing there is no delays, the purchase process is scheduled to take no longer than 28 days from the point of reservation.
